It features a revolutionary patented hinged opening mechanism, where the Strobe softbox can be unfolded, and the locking mechanism simply clicks into place.  Once you have finished using your softbox, the locking mechanism is released with a simple flick of a switch. Since the opening mechanism is located on the outside of the softbox, there is no need to remove the inner and outer diffuser to reach inside the strobe softbox to release it saving you precious time.

It also produces a softer, more homogenous light. Since the opening mechanism is located on the outside, there is nothing inside obstructing the light, giving back that extra bit of light.  Especially useful for more unidirectional light sources such as COB LED lights, and Speedlite.

And a honeycomb grid, that attaches effortlessly to the front of the strobe softbox, giving a narrower spread of light by restricting the beam without spilling onto the background.
